These are Tweak Indicator Wheels from Rossing Designs. It is intened to indentify tweak in the total car. For instance, bent chassis, non equal sway bars (equal lift per side), bound up suspension, etc…
Before using these to adjust the shock pre load, make sure everything is as “tweak” free as possible
