Troubleshooting

Heated Lipo Sleeve

The heated lipo sleeve will need a proper usb port of 2 amps to power on the sleeve. Be sure to have a known quality power source.

*Keep in mind, just because it says 2 amps doesn’t mean it outputs that amount*

Try the sleeve with a different USB port. If using an adapter, try a different one.

If you think your heated lipo sleeve isn’t getting warm enough, chances are that the USB port isn’t very powerful. We recommend trying a high quality USB, like the one we offer here at DRC. We always recommend checking with a temp gun. Measuring the temperature is the most important part of heating your battery.

100* is the optimal temperature for maximum performance.

If your sleeve isn’t turning on/heating up we recommend gently pulling on the wires to look for a break. Sometimes the wires can be damaged. This generally happens at the connections. Soldering the wires back together generally fixes the problem.

Balance Leads

If your DRC/Amped up balance lead is no longer working it can be a variety of reasons, but the most likely culprit is a broken balance wire.

If you think your lead has the wrong connector or if you need something fixed/changed on your lead please email us at: zac@drcproshop.com with exactly what is going on with your lead.

Phone Leads

If your phone lead is no longer working, DRC does have a 1 year warranty. Please take a video of the cable not functioning properly and send it to zac@drcproshop.com along with your order number.

*If your lead has quit working after 1 year, it is more affordable to get a new lead than to fix an old one*
