Return, Warranty, Exchange Information

 Product issues are bound to happen, this is our official warranty information for our products. We are listing the common issues with some of our products, if you have a different product/issue please contact us.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange a NEW UNUSED product. There will be a 25% restocking fee. You will be responsible for the return shipping. After we receive the product (and verify its condition), we will process the exchange. There may be a lead time depending on the exchanged item. Certain items are not eligible for exchanges, certain restrictions apply such as special ordered items, custom heat shrink, and special made products we do not normally stock.

 

Returns: If you would like a return for a NEW UNUSED product. There will be a 25% restocking fee. We will refund you the amount for the PRODUCT, not including shipping, after we receive the product(and verify its condition). You are responsible for return shipping costs. We do NOT offer refunds for products that are used.

 

Phone Charge Lead:

Replacement: If your phone lead has quit working, is broken in some way we have a 12 month(from purchase date) initial warranty program. This means we will replace the product for FREE, shipped anywhere you are located. Please note that if a charge lead is ordered and is not compatible with your device, it is NOT covered under warranty. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that our products are compatible with your devices.

Mis-Ordering: If you ordered the wrong type of phone end, we cannot swap them out for you. The most cost effective way to move forward is to order a new one, please make sure you look at our diagrams and make sure that you order the correct one. 

If you ordered a certain color heat shrink/sheathing and do not want that color, you may send it back and cover the cost of the replacement materials and return shipping. Typically it is also cheaper to just order a new one.

If we made a mistake with the product that you ordered, for example: the lead was made with the wrong sheathing color, we will send you out a new one for FREE.

 

Balance Charge Lead:

Replacement (not extreme duty): If the charging product stops working 30 days after you received it we will send a new one for FREE, or try to fix it*. If the charge lead stops working anytime after that you’re welcome to send it back to us, however we cannot guarantee that it can be fixed. If it can be fixed, you will need to pay the cost of the replacement materials(if needed), and return shipping. If the 2mm bullet connector is broken it will be covered for 90 days after you receive it. Either you can send it back to us, or we can send you replacement parts to fix it*.

Replacement (Extreme Duty): If the charging product stops working 6 months after you received it we will send a new one for FREE or try to fix it*. If the charging product stops working anytime after that we do have a 12 month warranty program. If the charging product stops working up to 12 months after you received, you’re welcome to send it back to us, however we cannot guarantee that it can be fixed. If it can be fixed, you will need to pay the cost of the return shipping. A product is only considered extreme duty if BOTH the positive and negative sides are purchased.

Repair: We will repair DRC charge leads ONLY, we do NOT work on other companies products. If you would like to send us a DRC Charge lead for a repair, we ask that you pay for any materials used, as well as return shipping. 

Replacing Parts: If you ordered the incorrect option on your charge lead, youre welcome to send it back to use, however we cannot guarantee that it can be replaced with the part that you want. If the part can be replaced with the correct part, and it is new and unused we just ask that you pay for the return shipping. If the part is used, we ask that you pay for the cost of the new part and return shipping.

Heated Lipo Sleeve:

Replacement: If your heated lipo safe has stopped working up to 3 months after receiving it, you can send it back to use and we will replace it with a new one. If it is after that, you can still send it back to use, we just ask that you pay for the cost of materials, and the return shipping. 

Replacing Parts: If you ordered the incorrect option on your HLS, you’re welcome to send it back to use, however we cannot guarantee that it can be replaced with the part that you want. If the part can be replaced with the correct part, and it is new and unused we just ask that you pay for the return shipping. If the part is used, we ask that you pay for the cost of the new part and return shipping.

Sensor Wires:

Replacement(non wolf style): If the sensor wire has stopped working 30 days after you received it we will send a new one for FREE. If the sensor wire stops working anytime after that we do have a 3 month warranty program. If the sensor wire stops working up to 3 months after you received, we will replace it; however, you will need to pay the cost of the return shipping. 

Replacement(wolf style): If the sensor wire has stopped working 60 days after you received it we will send a new one for FREE. If the sensor wire stops working anytime after that we do have a 6 month warranty program. If the sensor wire stops working up to 6 months after you received, we will replace it; however, you will need to pay the cost of the return shipping.

Charger Stands:

Mis-Ordering: If you ordered a certain color and do not want that color, you may send it back and cover the cost of the return shipping. Typically it is cheaper to order a new one.

Mistakes from us: If we made a mistake with the product that you ordered, for example: the stand has a bent leg, we will send you out a new one for FREE. This needs to be documented no later than 2 weeks after you received the order. You may have up to 1 month to report this issue to us. Beyond that it will be determined a misuse of the product occurred, and is not covered under warranty.

 

Discharge Banks:

Mis-Ordering: If you ordered a certain charger and no longer can use the discharger. You may send it back and cover the cost of the return shipping for the replacement.

Mistakes from us: If we made a mistake with the product that you ordered, for example: the discharger was made for the wrong charger. This needs to be documented no later than 2 weeks after you received the order. At that time, we will send you a return label OR the correct connectors/heats shrink to resolve the issue.

Repair/Replacement: These units are made in the USA, and come with a 30 day from arrival date complimentary warranty. This warranty includes an item malfunction, manufacturer defect, or the item not working. Each case is handled on a case to case basis, and will be subject to our discretion. If an item is deemed defective in the time period we will either send you out a new one, or you will be sent a shipping label to return it to us for an exchange of a new item. Items outside of that window cannot be warrantied.

 

Power Supplies:

Repair/Replacement: These units are made in the USA, and come with a 30 day from arrival date complimentary warranty. This warranty includes an item malfunction, manufacturer defect, or the item not working. Each case is handled on a case to case basis, and will be subject to our discretion. If an item is deemed defective in the time period we will either send you out a new one, or you will be sent a shipping label to return it to us for an exchange of a new item. Items outside of that window cannot be warrantied.



*Please note that we will always try the use the most cost effective method to make the order correct. If that means offering to fix it vs sending a new one we will do so.

Limit 1 replacement per item purchased that falls into the warranty program, unless that replacement item is defective.
