Return, Warranty, Exchange Information

DRC Warranty & Product Support Policy

At DRC Pro Shop, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. While issues are rare, we understand they can happen. Below you’ll find our official warranty and return guidelines. If you have a question about a product not listed here, please reach out to us directly.

General Policies

Exchanges (New, Unused Products)

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all exchanges.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Once the item is received and verified as unused, we’ll process the exchange.

  • Lead times may vary depending on product availability.

  • Custom, special-order, or non-stocked items (including custom heat shrink) are not eligible for exchange.

Returns (New, Unused Products)

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.

  • Refunds apply to the product price only (shipping not included).

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Used products are not eligible for return or refund.


Product-Specific Warranty Coverage

Phone Charge Leads

  • Warranty: 12 months from purchase date.
    If the lead fails within this period, we’ll replace it free of charge, including shipping.

  • Compatibility: Warranty does not cover misordered or incompatible connectors. Please confirm compatibility before purchasing.

  • Misorders/Color Changes: You may return for replacement materials at your expense (materials + shipping).

  • DRC Errors: If we ship the wrong color or connector, we’ll replace it free of charge.


Balance Charge Leads

  • Standard Leads:

    • 30-day free replacement or repair.

    • After 30 days, repairs are offered at material + shipping cost (no guarantee of fix).

    • 2mm bullet connectors are covered for 90 days.

  • Extreme Duty Leads:

    • 6-month free replacement or repair.

    • Additional 6-month extended warranty (repairs at shipping cost only).

    • Must include both positive and negative sides to qualify as “Extreme Duty.”

  • Repairs: DRC repairs our own leads only. Customer covers materials + shipping.

  • DRC Errors: Free replacement or repair.


Heated LiPo Sleeves

  • Warranty: 3 months from delivery date for full replacement.

  • After 3 months, repairs are available at material + shipping cost.

  • Misorders/Incorrect Options: May be returned for correction if unused (shipping cost applies).

  • DRC Errors: Free replacement.


Sensor Wires

  • Standard Wires:

    • 30-day free replacement, 3-month repair coverage.

  • Wolf-Style Wires:

    • 60-day free replacement, 6-month repair coverage.

  • After coverage period, repairs available at material + shipping cost.

  • DRC Errors: Free replacement.


Power Supply Cables

  • Warranty: 3-month free replacement, 12-month repair-at-cost option.

  • Repairs: DRC cables only. Customer covers materials + shipping.

  • DRC Errors: Free replacement.


Charger Leads

  • Standard Leads:

    • 3-month free replacement or repair.

  • Extreme Duty Leads:

    • 6-month free replacement or repair, plus 12-month extended repair option (shipping cost only).

    • Must include both positive and negative sides to qualify as “Extreme Duty.”

  • Repairs: DRC leads only. Customer covers materials + shipping.

  • DRC Errors: Free replacement or repair.


Charger Stands

  • Warranty: Manufacturing defects must be reported within 2 weeks of delivery (1-month maximum).

  • Misorders/Color Changes: May be returned at customer’s shipping expense.

  • DRC Errors (e.g., bent leg): Free replacement.

  • After 1 month: Considered wear or misuse; not covered.


Discharge Banks

  • Warranty: 30 days from arrival for defects or malfunction.

  • Coverage Includes: Manufacturing defects or item malfunction only.

  • Each case is reviewed individually at DRC’s discretion.

  • DRC Errors: Free replacement or repair.

  • Misorders: May be returned for replacement (customer covers shipping).


Power Supplies

  • Warranty: 30 days from arrival for defects or malfunction.

  • Coverage Includes: Manufacturing defect, malfunction, or failure.

  • Each case is reviewed individually at DRC’s discretion.

  • Resolution: Replacement or exchange provided within the warranty period.


Additional Notes

  • DRC always uses the most cost-effective method to make things right (repair or replacement).

  • Limit 1 replacement per purchased item, unless the replacement itself is defective.

  • Used, altered, or modified items are not covered under warranty.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring product compatibility before purchase.
