ESC and Servo Policy

This policy for our ESC and Servo rewiring services.

Servo Policy:

  • Servos sent to us should be in good working order. We are not responsible for any functionality of the servo. If the unit does not work when it is returned to you, we will assume you sent a faulty servo, no refunds will be given.

ESC Policy:

  • ESC sent to us should be in good working order. We are not responsible for any functionality of the ESC. If the unit does not work when it is returned to you, we will assume you sent a faulty ESC, no refunds will be given.

Packaging and shipping your electronics to us:

  • You should package your electronics well, so that they should not damaged in the mail. If they are damaged in the mail after you sent them, we can do nothing about it. You will have to file a claim with the shipping service. 

  • Once the rewire is complete, we will package your electronics well. If the electronics are damaged in the mail after we ship them, and no insurance is purchased. We can do nothing about it. If you purchased insurance from us, and your electronics are damaged in the mail please contact us and we can file a claim with our shipping service. Contacting us about damaged electronics should be done less than 10 business days after you receive the package.
